Original Medicare (Part A & B)

You are eligible for Medicare if: 

• You're 65 or older
• You're under 65 and have a qualifying disability (receiving SSDI for 24 months) or
• You have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or ALS 

You also need to be a U.S. citizen or a legal resident who has lived in the U.S. for at least 5 years

Medicare Advantage (Part C) 

To enroll:

• You must have both Part A and Part B
• You must live in the plan’s service area
• You cannot enroll in a Medigap policy at the same time

Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (Part D)

To enroll:

• You must have Part A or Part B
• You must live in the plan’s service area

Medicare Supplement (Medigap)

To enroll:

• You must have Original Medicare (Part A and B)
   
• You generally cannot have a Medigap policy if you're enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan
   
• Must be enrolled in Part B to qualify
